Elopement Packages Austin

We understand that it’s not always feasible to have a large wedding and reception. So we have come up with some options for couples who still want more than a courthouse wedding, but less than a full-day experience with our elopement packages in Austin.

*These packages are available Monday - Thursday or we can book a weekend date if it’s less than 90 days away.

Includes

  • Bride & Groom plus 50 guests

  • Use of venue for 4 hours (includes any time needed for getting ready and gathering belongings to exit, DJ setup,)

  • Sweetheart Table for couple

  • Wedding Coordinator (to line the party up and cut the cake) You must book a final consultation time with the venue to discuss the details.

  • Decorated ceremony backdrop & table tops. Choose one tabletop style from 3 different options for your table décor.

  • Cake (includes plates, forks & napkins - this is a white cake with white icing only)

  • Tea & Water Station (includes cups & ice)

  • Use of House Sound System

  • Package Total - $3,195

Add-Ons

  • Add 1 additional hour - $250 per hour

  • $250 Food cleanup fee (if you do not have full-service catering we include this fee. This does not include setting up and serving your guests. We do not provide serving utensils, plates, napkins & cutlery).

  • Bar Service for up to 3 hours - $400 (includes bartenders, cups, napkins & ice). You bring beer & wine-does not include any type of liquor service or margarita machine). Service starts after the ceremony & ends 30 minutes prior to departure time. No guest BYOB or ice chests allowed.





How it Works

  • Book your date (must be within 90 days or less for a Friday, Sat or Sun)

  • Bring your marriage license

  • Show up looking fabulous and we’ll take care of the rest

  • Celebrate your big day with family and friends without all of the stress

  • No outside alcohol allowed unless you purchase the bar package (all alcohol must be served by our bartenders)

  • Please note that your 4-hour elopement package includes the time you need to dress (hair and makeup touchup only) and gather your items for departure. We will decorate tables for 50 guests, a cake table, and a sweetheart table. One backdrop of your choice will be placed at the outdoor ceremony site. Bring your own bouquet, boutonnieres, and guest book. Gates open 15 minutes prior to your arrival time. If you need additional time, 1 extra hour can be purchased for $250.

  • Please note this is not meant to be a full-day wedding. This is an option other than the courthouse. No additional time beyond the 5 hours will be added. Any vendors you bring in must set up/teardown during that time. We do not do any additional decorating beyond the items mentioned above.
